There is a small additional charge per feature, the more you have, the cheaper they get.
Images
Send us your images and we will incorporate them into the flash banner and header on all pages.
Message Board
A message board on your homepage is perfect for announcing the latest news to your visitors.
Editable Homepage
Some pubs have lots of information for customers and prefer to make their own changes to the homepage. This is as easy to use as sending an email. (If you need to link to pdf flyers, brochures etc then you will need this facility).
Calendar
Adding events to your calendar will also generate more sub pages on your homepage attracting plenty of attention to your site.
Data Collection
Allow your visitors to register their details. (Email address being compulsory). When they do this you get an automated email with their information.
Gallery
Easily add images of your 'Pub Fun' to keep everyone coming back to your website (and Pub)!
Detailed Menu Facility
If you are 'Big on Food' then this is for you.
You can add up to six different menus with unlimited courses in each with individual images for each dish. (Ideal if you do not change your menu frequently or only wish to display a sample menu).
Pdf Menu Facility
If you are changing your menu regularly and normally have it printed out from your printers or pc then this is a more suitable alternative. It allows you to upload pdf’s and display them on the menu page. Customers can then view and print these as required.
Pdf Upload Facility
This works in the same way as the 'Pdf Menu Facility' but displays them throughout the website.
Links Page
Exchanging links with other sites is an important part of optimisation (getting your site spotted on the internet). Here you can quickly add links to other sites with a description of their service.
Contact Page
A separate page with your full contact details and Google map to help people find you.
Optimisation
Getting your website spotted on the internet is getting more and more difficult as many of your competitors come online. Our optimisation service involves continual promotion of your site to all major search engines. You tell us what you need to focus on (like food, karaoke, real ale etc) and we will build these phrases in the right places to start getting you up there.
Video on Homepage
Sell the benefits of your pub in a one minute video! You supply us with four good images of your pub along with four phrases to accompany them and we will build a professional one minute video with voiceover and accompanying text. Full refund if not happy, great way to promote yourself. We also add this video to You Tube which will enhance your online presence.
Newsletter Software
If you are serious about marketing, this software is essential. You can keep all of your pub customer email data in one place and send professional looking emails. You can track the emails sent with information like.... Did they open it? What links did they click on? How many times did they reopen it? This software highlights all of the important information needed to identify your 'A' list. It also automatically deletes those who choose to unsubscribe from your database.
Annual Hosting, Email, Statistics and Support
All of our websites have a built in database to support the features we provide (like being able to make your own changes to the homepage). Due to this, we charge a standard annual hosting fee of £90+VAT which includes hosting, email accounts, a statistics programme, support and domain name renewal. This fee is required at outset to activate your new website but is fully refundable should you not be completely satisfied within 14 days.
